Roles and Responsibilities
Your primary role is to perform invigilation duties during the conduct of examinations and/or tests according to the rules and regulations as determined by SEAB. Key roles and responsibilities include:
• Attend training/ briefing sessions before the start of the examinations/ tests as required by SEAB.
• Safeguard the examination/ test materials and distribute the correct examination materials to the candidates.
• Manage candidates in the examination/ test venue to ensure order and safety.
• At the end of the examination/ test, collect back all the answer scripts and examination/ test materials, and ensure all examination/ test materials are handed safely over to the Chief Presiding Examiner (CPE).
Requirements
• Retired/ Former Public/ Civil Servant or have examination/ test invigilation experience.
• A positive individual who possesses a high degree of integrity, strong collaborative skills and good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Meticulous, alert and able to carry out instructions.
• Able to manage candidates effectively and with sensitivity.
