If you would like to get in touch with us, we will be happy to help. We will strive to reply to you as soon as possible. We may take some time to get back to you if time is needed to assess each case. The wait could be longer if we are experiencing a high volume of enquiries.

Reminder: Our staff are here to help and will treat customers with courtesy, respect and professionalism. We ask that you treat our staff in the same manner you expect to be treated. Indecent, abusive or insulting behaviour will not be tolerated. We may refuse service to anyone who is disrespectful towards our staff.

Our operating hours:

  • Monday to Friday: 9:00am to 5:00pm
  • We are closed on weekends, public holidays and 1 April 2024.
  • On 15 August 2024, we are closed in the morning for an event. We will be available to take your calls after 2.30pm.

Peak periods are:

  • Mondays
  • 11:00am to 2:00pm
  • The working day after our days of closure

Visit Us

In-person assistance at SEAB’s Visitor Centre is strictly by appointment only, and it is for selected services that cannot be completed via email or call. Please make an appointment via our online form at least 2 business days in advance.

Before confirming your appointment, we will contact you via email or a call to better understand your needs and assist you where possible. You may receive a call from us with this number 6970 6255.

If an in-person appointment is confirmed, we seek your understanding that you may experience longer wait times during peak periods.
