  • Monday to Friday: 9:00am to 5:00pm
  • We are closed on weekends, eve of Christmas, public holidays and 1 April 2025. We are also closed from 12pm onwards on New Year’s Eve.

Peak periods are:

  • Mondays
  • 11:00am to 2:00pm
  • The working day after our days of closure

Visit Us

In-person assistance at SEAB’s Visitor Centre is strictly by appointment only, and it is for selected services that cannot be completed via email or call. Please make an appointment via our online form at least 2 business days in advance.

Before confirming your appointment, we will contact you via email or a call to better understand your needs and assist you where possible. You may receive a call from us with this number 6970 6255.

If an in-person appointment is confirmed, we seek your understanding that you may experience longer wait times during peak periods.

Event Space for Hire

 

Our premises at 298 Jalan Bukit Ho Swee offer versatile spaces that are available for hire. Our event spaces include a range of Multipurpose Rooms and a Hall, suitable for a wide range of corporate events such as meetings, seminars, and retreats, except for events indicated in the Annex.

Corporate entities holding a valid Unique Entity Number (UEN) are welcomed to book our spaces for your corporate events.

Annex

The Event Space is strictly to be used for official events of the Hirer, that is to say, for training, seminars, workshops, corporate retreats and award ceremonies only. The Event Space shall not be used for any other purposes, including but not limited to the following: 

a) Live bands, concerts, performances, and trade exhibitions; 
b) Political or religious activities (including political rallies or speeches, religious services, and attendance of speakers / guests-of-honour in their capacity as politicians or ministers of religion); 
c) Activities related to multi-level-marketing or “pyramid schemes”;
d) Activities that encourage disharmony and discord among racial groups or cause societal division; 
e) Personal activities e.g. birthdays and weddings.
