Procedures To Obtain Past Years' Examination Results

As examination certificates and result slips are controlled documents, no replacements
will be issued if you lose them. You can now obtain your examinations results online at no cost.

If you have misplaced your PSLE certificate and require a copy for your child's Primary 1 registration, you may register using a copy of your digitised PSLE results.

Digitised Examination Results Through MySkillsFuture Portal

Past years' PSLE results from 1976 and GCE-Level examination results from 1975 are available in digital form at no cost. They can be retrieved online through the MySkillsFuture portal or mobile application (see Table 1 below). You would need a Singpass account for access.

The digitised results are secured with tamper-resistant encryptions and allow for secure verification. Any modified document(s) will fail the verification process and will be flagged as being tampered with.

1. How to retrieve your digitised examination results with your Singpass

If you need the digitised results for education and employment purposes, you may retrieve and send them to the institution/employers using the guide and steps below for them to verify the results using the OpenCerts platform.

You may download the digitised results and attach the file as an email attachment. Alternatively, you may use the 'share' button found on your Skills Passport page to send the digitised results elsewhere. More details are also available in this guide to obtain your digitised results from the MySkillsFuture portal.

Please note that SEAB will not send the digitised examination results to external parties on the candidates' behalf.

2. If you are not a Singpass holder

Please submit your request to us with the following information to obtain a digitised copy of your examination results at no cost:

• Your name

• Examination Level (e.g. GCE O-Level)

• Examination Year

• Front and back of the identification document that you have used to sit for the examination, or a document from the Immigration Checkpoints Authority certifying that the identification number is tied to you

• School Name

3. If you have sat for your examinations using a different identification number or the following examinations

• PSLE in 1974 and before

• GCE O-Level examinations between 1971 to 1974

• GCE A-Level Mother Tongue Language and commerce examinations in 1974 and before

Please submit your request to us with the following information to obtain a copy of your past years’ examination results:

• Your name

• Examination Level (e.g. GCE O-Level)

• Examination Year

• Front and back of the identification document that you have used to sit for the examination, or a document from the Immigration Checkpoints Authority certifying that the identification number is tied to you

• School Name

Please allow up to 10 working days to process your request, after we have received all the required documents.

4. If you have taken the following Cambridge examinations

Please write to Cambridge International Education for a Certifying Statement of Results if you have taken the following examinations.

• O-Level Cambridge School Certificate examination in 1970 or earlier.

• A-Level Cambridge Higher School Certificate examination in 1972 or earlier.

• A-Level Cambridge General Certificate of Education in 1973 and 1974.
